Hi Gary,
Hope all is well in sunny England!

Just wanted to drop you a little note before I go away on my Hols to let you know how well things are going for me over here and to thank you again for everything you’ve done for me over the last year or so.

Ben and I are so excited about our first real trip abroad and, for the first time in years, I can look forward to a holiday without dreading the long flights in economy and the recovery I would have had to go through when I arrived in Australia. I really can’t imagine how different things may have been had you not walked into our showroom that day and seen, unlike all the doctors I had visited over here, that I had an illness that could actually be cured. I want to say again how incredibly grateful I am that you not only took time out of your holiday to see me each day but also that you and Laura welcomed me to come for further treatments in London when we all know I never had the funds to really pay my way! Even when I was here and you were in the UK, your help over the telephone was so important to me when there were times that I felt there was no way out and nobody that understood.

I know we have spoken frequently on the phone about how good I am feeling right now but I just want you to know, now that things are moving in the right direction, how important all the things are that you have done for me. I wake up each day and feel not only that I can cope, but that there is so much to look forward to. In have an incredible relationship, a career and a fantastic social life and I feel that such a huge part of that is down to you.

We will be in England sometime early in the New Year and look forward to taking you out for some dinner and a few bottles of wine! Hope you have a great Christmas with Laura. Come and see me in Dubai very soon.
