I came to have my first appointment with Gary Weber at his clinic approximately 10 years ago. At the time, I was very ill. I had been wearing a pelvic belt for a long time and arch supports in my shoes, and was receiving dental treatment for jaw realignment and my teeth were wired. I had been receiving treatment from a practice many miles away and the transport requirements were becoming onerous for my family. At the time I was on highest rate disability benefit and had a regular home care.

I was unable to drive, and spent a lot of my time bedridden.

Gary took me on as a patient and was immensely reassuring that he would do all in his power to help and support me and ensure that I would be up and functioning without any of the props, which were helping to hold me together.
